Humans Were Here! (Building in L.A.) PRINT
Design For a collaborative gallery show featuring architects from Los Angeles, the Wattis Insitute specifically asked that the catalog be in a newspaper format. With that in mind, the concept of a catalog "posing as more than just a mere newspaper" was developed. The underlying idea that phrases overprinted in a blue pantone would represent both the voices of the collaborating artists and be an artifact of their presence; confirming that indeed, "humans were here!"
